Extra Fees

Extra fees may be added to the total of a commission for any of the following:
- Extra characters (+100% of the base price per extra character in most cases)- Complicated props, weapons, or anything that would otherwise add a large amount of complexity to the piece or pose.- Complicated designs may be extra. I apply this fee rarely, but know its possible for designs with lots of detailing!- Backgrounds (Pattern or gradient background versions are usually added free of charge!)- Large changes to the piece AFTER the sketch phase. (If you have questions about the sketch before I move forward, you're welcome to ask to try and help avoid this fee!)
Character details that were mentioned on your references can be fixed free of charge, but details which were unclear may have an extra fee if they are to be added after the sketch phase.If you're worried about running into any of these extras when ordering, feel free to ask before hand!

General Information

- Unless otherwise mentioned or discussed, I only take USD Paypal!- I ONLY work with references that are clear and in color. If you have multiple images for references, then please make sure at least one is in the colors you'd like the finished piece to use, and be very specific of which that is. Make sure that your images have a clear picture of outfit, hairstyle, and accessories.
I'll work with sketchy references so long as everything that I need to know for your design is made out to be clear!- I prefer to work on couples art / pieces with more then one character if you have a pose reference on hand. Even just stick figures can be helpful! Be as clear as possible about what you want!- If you have a very specific / dynamic pose you're looking for, even for just a solo piece, please have a reference on hand! Complicated or heavily dynamic poses may have an extra fee if I believe I'll take longer to do them for you!

Time Frame

MOST pieces usually do not take longer then 1-2 weeks to complete, but please give me the time frame of at least 3 weeks. This gives me a little working time in the event anything comes up! I'll always do my best to keep in contact with my clients about possible delays to their piece.This may vary depending on the complexity of your piece.

WIP Policy

⦁ I typically offer WIPS for all pieces, not including pieces which are stated to be artistic freedom. ⦁
Unless otherwise stated, expect to get a wip on the sketch, lineart, and color phase.
I do not move ahead with a piece until you've confirmed the WIP to be good to move forward!⦁ You are more then welcome to ask me for wips or updates on your commission whenever you'd like!⦁
HOWEVER. being needlessly rude or pushy may result in a refund and discontinuation of my work.⦁ Unless otherwise discussed, heavily watermarked WIPS of the commission may sometimes be posted to my socials!⦁
If you wish to post WIPs on your socials, please ask for a watermarked version!I'll always do my best to keep in contact with all of my commissioners, but if you ever feel I've left you hanging, just contact me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can! Communication is key!

Terms of Service

⦁ I do not begin work until payment has been received. ⦁
Payment plans CAN be discussed, but I will not begin work until no less then 50% of the total commission has been paid! Any WIPS before full payment has been received will be heavily watermarked. You will receive the unwatermarked full resolution piece once full payment has been completed.⦁ I do not offer refunds unless I am otherwise unable to complete your piece for you. ⦁
Please assume all sales are final!
In the event of a refund, I will return the money to you. Please do not file for a chargeback, doing so will result in a block.⦁ If you are rude or otherwise unruly to work with, I have the right to refund your commission and cease working with you.⦁
This includes things like being needlessly rude, uncooperative, or rushing me.⦁ Reposting⦁
If you wish to repost your commission, please ask me for a watermarked version of your finished piece. Do not post sketches or wips without my permission / without a watermarked version. I also ask that you keep in touch and wait until I post the finished commission first! (If you're impatient to post it, just let me know, and I'll speed up my process!)
Of course, posting your commission to character storage sites like Toyhou.se is welcomed before that with proper credit!⦁ Without my permission, you are not allowed to do any of the following with my art.⦁
- Use my artwork for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes (these purposes can be discussed, but will be extra)
- Editing my artwork to be animated
- Editing my artwork to be a different color or have different lineart (Does not include adding a gradient / block background to transparent images)
- Tracing or heavily referencing my artwork⦁ I will NEVER allow the use of my art in AI generators or NFTs.⦁
Should you find my artwork in either of the following, please let me know so proper action can be taken. Thank you!⦁ Please be aware that your commission may be used as an example for my commissions, or used to advertise them in the future. ⦁
Commissions which are kept private may have an extra fee. They will not be posted to any of my socials, or used as commission examples.
Alert me BEFORE I accept your commission if you wish for it to remain private. If you do not wish to pay an extra fee, I am willing to mark the buyer of a piece as anonymous free of charge!I may post watermarked WIPS of your commission to my socials unless otherwise discussed.

I withhold the right to decline any commission for any reason, and even if I often do provide a reasoning, I do not need to disclose it.
